Unregulated medico-legal experts and the new BPS Register of Expert Witnesses

The regulation of expert witnesses is being increasingly discussed to ensure that legal professionals and the public have quality assurance and there is a proper route to raise concerns regarding an expert’s conduct, if applicable.
