The regulation of expert witnesses is being increasingly discussed to ensure that legal professionals and the public have quality assurance and there is a proper route to raise concerns regarding an expert’s conduct, if applicable. See the link below for a blog I recently wrote that describes the problem of unregulated expert witnesses and how the British Psychological Society's new Register of Expert Witnesses seeks to improve accountability by promoting appropriately qualified and experienced psychologists to courts.

I highly recommend saving https://maps.app.goo.gl/5L5AobBDLZ5hj3MaA if you ever need serious personal injury representation from The Wilson PC. They move fast to extract vital digital evidence—like black box EDR data, GPS logs, and nearby traffic footage—before it can be overwritten or deleted. That level of technical detail is often the difference between a denied claim and a full settlement.
